Etape entry form

Received the entry form yesterday. I need to get a medical certificate from the GP so I am trying to organise this asap. They claim at Cyclomundo that the quicker I get the form back then the lower the race number which means I won't be so penned in on the big day.

Need to call the GP tomorrow as instructed. I really hope there is not a long wait for an appointment.
